If Only...

If only I had the cash to start...you know how much will I be earning by now? Well, I'm talking about my latest encounter with bursapursuit.com. I've been so into it lately, that it's more distracting that Facebook! So what is this bursapursuit all about? Well, basically it's the stock market, where you buy and sell shares and even trade. It's a virtual environment that runs based on the actual performance of the days stock market events. And yeah, they give you a starting capital of RM250,000 for you to start off. It's a good learning experience I would say and I would strongly recommend those who wants to know how to do it.

They have like a league system and you might even win a weekly prize if you're one of the high winners of the week or something. Their grand prize? RM10,000. Not bad right for just playing around with nothing to lose? So far, I have been gaining about approximately RM500+ per day and till today, made RM2,292.75 and this is in a space of errr...3 days? Which makes you wonder what will happend if I really did have the capital to play for real right? Well tempting as it may be, always remember, it's still the stock market. What ever goes up, is bound to come down sooner or later, and it's extremely high risk. I guess you need to know when to buy and sell your stocks in hand. Like I said, I'm no pro, I'm still learning, but I do know a few things on how to buy and sell. I definately would like to invest in the real thing one day if I have the capital.

Bradder,

It ain't the same as investing in real life. The decisions you make are so so different.

In a game, you can be somewhat fearless... so the decisions you make are quick... you don't flinch. In real life, we all flinch... and sometimes when we do that... we screw up BIG TIME.

There is no such thing as easy money. I play the market for many years. There are ups and downs... and when it is down... IT CAN GO DOWN... and feels like it doesn't stop! You feel the noose around your neck getting tighter and tigher... you feel out of breath... even when at home.

SOME people get lucky... some get lucky and continue to ride the market in very high gear... they are an accident waiting to happen.

Investing is good... but do it wisely. All I can say is... it really isn't the same.

Well..like I said, it's a risk and I know for the fact that there is no such thing as easy money. That's why they invented this simulation for people like me to learn. I know it's not the same as in real life you're probably right...you need the balls to do what I did if I was playing it for real! But hey,...the title did say "If Only" right? But thanks for the advice anyways...whoever you maybe.
